The National Institute of Design Ahmedabad recently hosted a 12-day ‘Training of Trainers’ workshop for artists from Jharkhand specialising in the dhokra, lacquer, and paitkar painting art forms. The artistic results of the workshop that brought together 22 women and eight men (aged 25 to 75 years) were showcased at a special exhibition held on campus.
