The Misra Centre for Financial Markets and Economy at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA), in collaboration with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), successfully hosted the second edition of the Annual Research Workshop on Insolvency and Bankruptcy. This two-day workshop aimed to explore the challenges and opportunities faced by insolvency professionals within India’s insolvency ecosystem, examine their interactions with various stakeholders, and gain insights from global best practices.
