Prof. Shivraj Kanungo, Vice Dean for Graduate Programs at the George Washington University School of Business (GWSB), along with Ms. Regina Nithin, Regional Head for South Asia at GWSB, visited IITRAMto explore potential collaborations in the fields of Engineering and Management studies.
During the visit, both institutions reached an agreement to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at launching joint programs in Project Management, Information Systems Technology, and Business Analytics. This partnership will create new opportunities for academic exchange and will help bridge the gap between technical and management education.The GWSB delegation expressed high regard for the state-of-the-art laboratories and world-class infrastructure at IITRAM.
The meeting was chaired by Prof. P.K. Jain, Director General of IITRAM, and hosted by Prof. Manish Sharma, Dean (Outreach and Alumni Affairs). It was attended by Prof. Mahuya Bandyopadhyay, Associate Dean (Academic Affairs), and Prof. Pravin Jadhav, Head of the Humanities and Social Sciences Department. This collaboration between GWSB, USA, and IITRAM, Ahmedabad, aims to foster academic synergy and provide students with global exposure to emerging fields such as Infrastructure Technology and Management.
