The results for Union Public Service Commission or UPSC (mains) 2024 – the Civil Services Examination (CSE) – are out, and available for the candidates to check.
According to the result document, over 2,500 roll numbers have cleared the UPSC Mains.
Where: The candidates can check their results on upsc.gov.in and upsconline.nic.in
The candidates can then download the result document under ‘Written Results’ section, and look for their roll number in the document.
The marks sheets of all the candidates will be uploaded on the Commission’s website within 15 days from the date of publication of the final result (after conducting personality tests) and will remain available on the website for a period of 30 days.
The UPSC mains 2024 were conducted on September 20, 22, 28, and 29.
The UPSC CSE is conducted in three stages. Prelims, mains, and the personality test (interview).
UPSC prelims 2024 was conducted on June 16.
Candidates who cleared the prelims were allowed to appear for the mains, and those who cleared mains will appear for UPSC 2024 personality test.
The examination is conducted for filling over 1,000 vacancies in civil services in Government of India.
Successful candidates will be appointed to prestigious positions in the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS), and other central services.
