Particularly area near Nirma University Campus, the price for open plots has been set at Rs 1 lakh per sq m, while the commercial rate has been fixed at Rs 1,12,500 per sq m.
In the Ellisbridge area, commercial land prices have also surpassed Rs 1 lakh per sq m. The Jantri rate for open plots in Ghatlodia has risen sharply from Rs 12,500 per sq m to Rs 44,000 per sq m in the draft Jantri. In Jagatpur area, the Jantri price for open plots is now nearly six times higher, and commercial plot prices have more than doubled compared to the existing rates.
