The Medical Counselling Committee will today release the round three counselling seat allotment at its official website. Candidates who have registered and applied for the seat allotment process will be able to download the NEET UG seat allotment at MCC’s official website– mcc.nic.in.
The seat allotment list will include names, colleges and courses of the shortlisted students in the NEET UG round 3 counselling. Candidates who are not allotted a seat in round 3 will be eligible for the NEET UG 2024 stray vacancy round.
NEET UG 2024: Steps to check allotment
Step 1: Visit the official MCC website – mcc.nic.in
Step 2: Click on the link for ‘NEET UG Round 2 Seat Allotment Result’.
Step 3: Fill in your application number and date of birth.
Step 4: Submit the information and log in to your profile.
Step 5: Review the seat allotment details displayed.
Step 6: Download the allotment order for future use.
Please take note of the following information:
— According to the updated NEET UG counseling schedule, students had the opportunity to submit their choices for round 3 until October 11.
— Candidates who have been allocated a seat must report to the assigned institute between October 14 and 19.
— It is important for applicants to be aware that failure to take up the allotted seat will result in the forfeiture of their security deposit, as per the counselling rules.
Additionally, if a candidate who registered for the first time in the third round is not allocated a seat, they can directly participate in the next round without needing to register again.
MCC conducts NEET UG counselling annually in four stages for 15 per cent of All India Quota (AIQ) seats in MBBS and BDS programmes offered by government and private medical and dental colleges.
