Jio is experiencing problems today, with over 10,000 users reporting issues across the country. According to the outage detection platform Downdetector, the disruption reached its peak at approximately 12:08 PM IST in India.
The outage appears to affect not only mobile signals but also JioFiber users. According to DownDetector, 67 percent of users reported signal problems, 19 percent experienced mobile internet issues, and the remaining 14 percent faced difficulties with JioFiber.
The outage appears to be ongoing, but the cause of the Jio disruption remains unclear. Reliance Jio has yet to provide any updates on the situation.
The outage detection platform indicated that the disruption was most severe in several major cities across India, including Delhi, Lucknow, Patna, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, and Cuttack.

Reliance Jio Down Again!
Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Jio is not down for the first time today. Within the last couple of months, Jio users have faced internet and signal issues quite several times. Back in June 2024, thousands of users were impacted by Jio. They were unable to access the Jio SIM, internet, and JioFiber. During that time, Jio suggested that the outage occurred due to the DNS network which was down on the application level.
