A major accident was averted after the Ahmedabad-Jodhpur Vande Bharat Express struck a cement slab that had been placed on the railway track in Rajasthan’s Pali district.
Railway officials stated that the train’s cattle guard collided with the slab while traveling between the Jawai and Biroliya sections of Pali district. No injuries were reported in the incident, which caused an eight-minute delay.
A case has been filed against unidentified individuals based on a complaint by the Senior Section Engineer (SSE) of the Falna region, according to North Western Railway CPRO Shashi Kiran.
