Several areas of Eastern part of Ahmedabad city are waterlogged. The city received over 86 mm rainfall in 24 hours ending at 6 am meaning around 3.50 inches.
City’s Mithakhali underpass was closed at 3.55 am, Akhbarnagar underpass was shut at 4.30 am while Parimal underpass was closed at 5.07 am. The rainfall has decreased gradually. There’s furhte forecast of heavy to extremely heavy rainfall in parts of Gujarat.
