Gujarat Public Service Commission (GPSC) has announced vacancies for several posts, the application process for which has commenced starting today.
Candidates will be recruited for 450 posts, including State Tax Inspector (STI), among other positions.
The applications can be submitted from Aug 12, 1 pm to Aug 31, 12 am.
GPSC will fill these posts through three stages of examination: preliminary, main, and interview.
Educational qualifications vary for different posts. Some Class 1 and certain Class 2 categories require experience, while others, including Class 3 and certain Class 2 categories, don’t.

- Insurance Medical Officer (Ayurveda), Class-2: 09 posts
- Lecturer (Selection Scale), Gujarat Nursing Service, Class-1: 05 posts
- Lecturer (Senior Scale), Gujarat Nursing Service, Class-1: 06 posts
- Pathologist (Specialist Service), Class-1: 14 posts
- Psychiatrist (Specialist Service), Class-1: 22 posts
- Microbiologist (Specialist Service), Class-1: 16 posts
- Pathologist, Class-1, Kamdar Rajya Vima Yojna: 02 posts
- State Tax Inspector, Class-3: 300 posts
