NEET-PG 2024 is slated to be held on August 11 in two shifts, the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) announced on Friday.
The exam will be conducted in two shifts. The notice also stated that the cut-off date for eligibility to appear in NEET-PG 2024 remains August 15, 2024
Due to concerns about the “integrity of certain competitive examinations,” the Health Ministry previously announced the postponement of the NEET-PG entrance exam as a precautionary measure, just hours before it was scheduled for the morning of June 23.
On July 2, a meeting was held at the Union Home Ministry involving officials from the Health Ministry, the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), their technical partner Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), and Cyber Cell officials. They discussed the preparedness for the NEET-PG, which will be conducted online. The meeting aimed to ensure the “robustness” of the system for the upcoming exam, sources said.
