A new cyclonic circulation active in North Gujarat and surrounding areas caused a drop in temperatures in Ahmedabad. On Wednesday, the temperature fell by 3°C to 38°C, marking the first time in 35 days it had reached this level.
The Meteorological Department forecasts continued cooling over the next four to five days due to increased pre-monsoon activity. On Wednesday, Ahmedabad recorded a maximum temperature of 38°C and a minimum of 29.2°C.
