The Western Railway (WR) on Tuesday announced a summer special train between Bandra Terminus and Delhi which will pass through Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar and Vadodara. The train, introduced to deal with increased passenger traffic, will make eight trips in total.
The Delhi-Bandra Terminus Superfast Special will depart from Delhi on June 4, 6, 8 and 10 at 11:50 pm and reach Bandra Terminus at 1:55 am on the third day. The Bandra Terminus-Delhi Superfast Special will depart from Bandra Terminus on June 6, 8, 10 and 12 at 4 am and reach Delhi at 6 am the next day.
The halts on this route include Borivali, Surat, Bharuch, Vadodara, Anand, Nadiad, Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar Capital, Palanpur, Abu Road, Falna, Ajmer, Jaipur, Alwar, Rewari, Gurgaon and Delhi Cantt stations. This train also has AC 3-tier coaches
