For the convenience of passengers and with a view to meet the travel demand, Western Railway has decided to run 02 more pairs of Summer Special Trains on Special Fare.
According to a press release issued by Shri Sumit Thakur – Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway, the details of the special trains are as under:
1.Train No. 09019/09020 Surat – Khurda Road – Udhna Special [02 Trips]
Train No. 09019 Surat – Khurda Road Special will depart from Surat at 23.50 hrs, on Thursday 16th May, 2024 and will reach Khurda Road at 12.00 hrs, on Saturday. Similarly,Train No.09020 Khurda Road – Udhna Specialwill depart from Khurda Road at 16.30 hrs,on Saturday, 18thMay, 2024 and will reach Udhna at 01.00 hrs, on Monday.
Enroute this train will halt at Nandurbar, Jalgaon, Bhusaval, Akola, Badnera, Wardha, Nagpur, Gondia, Rajnandgaon, Durg, Raipur, Kantabanji, Titlagarh, Balangir, Hirakud, Sambalpur, Rairakhol, Angul, Talcher, Dhenkanal and Bhubaneswar station in both directions.Train No. 09019 will have an additional halt at Udhna station.
This train comprises of Sleeper Class and General Second Class Coaches.
2.Train No. 09423/09424 Ahmedabad – Khurda Road – Udhna Special [08 Trips]
Train No. 09423 Ahmedabad – Khurda Road Special will depart from Ahmedabad at 19.10 hrs, on 15th, 17th, 22nd and 29th May, 2024 and will reach Khurda Road at 12.00 hrs, on the third day. Similarly, Train No.09424 Khurda Road – Udhna Specialwill depart from Khurda Road at 16.30 hrs, on 17th, 19th, 24th and 31st May, 2024 and will reach Udhna at 01.00 hrs, on the third day.
Enroute this train will halt at Nandurbar, Jalgaon, Bhusaval, Akola, Badnera, Wardha, Nagpur, Gondia, Rajnandgaon, Durg, Raipur, Kantabanji, Titlagarh, Balangir, Hirakud, Sambalpur, Rairakhol, Angul, Talcher, Dhenkanal and Bhubaneswar station in both directions. The Booking for Train Nos. 09019 & 09423 will open from 11th May, 2024 at all PRS Counters and on IRCTC website.
