Amdavadi entrepreneurs Parin and Prit Sanghavi, founders of Reelo a customer loyalty and marketing automation for restaurants and retail businesses — have raised $1 million from veteran Silicon Valley investor Gokul Rajaram.
Rajaram, a board member at Pinterest and Coinbase, is known for backing companies like Faire, Figma and Airtable.
Ahmedabad-based Sanghavi brothers started their entrepreneurship journey in 2021 after they received incubation support from Gujarat University Start-Up and Entrepreneurship Council (GUSEC).
The brothers had earlier worked in Sweden and US before moving back to the city to start Reelo, and within three years of its launch, Reelo has grown threefold year-on-year, has 17,000 businesses in India, the Middle East and Africa and engages over 16 million customers.
