Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU) and Starburst, France, signed an MoU aimed at advancing innovation in aerospace, and homeland security. This partnership marks a significant milestone in fostering growth and technological advancements in India’s security and defence sectors, backed by Euro 100 million support.
“This MoU will help RRU contribute and realise the mandate of the Centre of Excellence for National Security and Defence Management and Global Leader in the fields of Internal Security, Correctional Administration, and Policing, as well as the CoE in SMART Policing and Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cyber Security,” said Prof, Dr, Bimal N Patel, the RRU Vice-Chancellor.
Francois Chopard, CEO of Starburst, emphasized the strategic importance of the collaboration, saying, “Partnering with Rashtriya Raksha University is a strategic move for us in advancing innovation and entrepreneurship within the security and defence sector in India.”
