At least 6 people have died, and around 59 were injured in an explosion at a firecracker factory in Madhya Pradesh’s Bairagarh village in Harda district, on Tuesday morning. The injured have been admitted to the hospital, and few are critical.
On the instructions of Betul Collector Narendra Kumar Suryavanshi, Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. Ravikant Uikey, has sent four 108 ambulances and a medical team, which includes two doctors along with other staff, to Harda.
From Betul district to Harda, for the fire accident, 15 SDRF (State Disaster Response Force) personnel, 4 home guards, 1 police constable, 1 head inspector, a vehicle driver, 3 fire extinguishers, 5 stretchers, 1 compressor machine, 15 gumboots, 15 helmets, and 4 harnesses with full body harnesses were dispatched. The rescue operation is on and SDRF is on the spot with the ambulances.
