The police have filed a case against 16 identified individuals and 10 unnamed individuals after the stone-pelting incident took place in bhoj village of Padra taluka.
A combing operation has been carried out by police, involving Vadodara City Rural SOG, LCB teams, and Vadu Police, but as of now, all accused individuals are absconding.
A complaint was filed at the Vadu police station in Padra regarding the incident. It states that on the 18th, as part of a pre-planned conspiracy, miscreants removed Hindu flags. On Monday, during the Shri Ram Shobha Yatra passing in front of Nagina Masjid in Bhoj village, a mob intended to create controversy. They threatened to kill, insulted and threw stones and bricks at people in the procession.
