Navratri is considered to be an auspicious festival which is celebrated for nine long days.
The festival of Navratri is celebrated four times a year during Chaitra and Sharad month and another two Navratri’s are popularly known as Gupt Navratri, which are observed during Magha and Ashadha month.
In the year 2023 Shardiya Navaratri is going to begin from Pratipada Tithi of Shukla Paksha in the month of Ashwina i.e., October 15, 2023. It will conclude on Dashami Tithi of Shukla Paksha in month of Ashwina i.e.,October 24, 2023.

Day 1 (October 15) – Ghatasthapana/Pratipada, Colour – Orange.
Day 2 (October 16) – Dwitiya Brahmacharini Puja, Colour – White.
Day 3 (October 17) – Tritiya Chandraghanta Puja, Colour – Red
Day 4 (October 18) – Chaturthi Kushmanda Puja, Colour – Royal Blue
Day 5 (October 19) – Panchami Skandamata Puja, Colour – Yellow
Day 6 (October 20) – Shashthi Katyayani Puja, Colour – Green
Day 7 (October 21) – Saptami Kalaratri Puja, Colour – Grey
Day 8 (October 22) – Ashtami Mahagauri Puja, Colour – Purple
Day 9 (October 23) – Navami Ayudha Puja & Navratri Parana, Colour-Peacock Green.
Day 9 (October 24)- Durga Visarjan, Vijayadashami.
