The Western Railway has introduced a new train between Veraval of Saurashtra and Banaras stations in Uttar Pradesh. For its inaugural run, the Veraval – Banaras SF Weekly Express departed from Veraval today and will reach Banaras tomorrow on Tuesday.
Train No. 12945/ 12946 Veraval – Banaras SF (Weekly) Express
Train No. 12945 Veraval – Banaras SF Express will depart from Veraval every Monday, at 4:15 hrs. and will reach Banaras at 14:35 hrs, the next day. This train will run regularly from 18th September, 2023.
Train No. 12946 Banaras – Veraval SF Express will depart from Banaras every Wednesday, at 7:30 hrs and will reach Veraval at 18:45 hrs, the next day. This train will run regularly from 13th September, 2023.
Both, the inaugural train & the regular services of the train will halt at Junagadh, Jetalsar, Vadiya Devali, Kunkavav, Chital, Khijadiya, Lathi, Dhola Jn, Botad, Dhandhuka, Sarkhej, Ahmedabad, Nadiad, Anand, Chhayapuri, Godhra, Ratlam, Nagda, Shamgarh, Kota, Gangapur City, Agra Fort, Etawah, Govindpuri and Prayagraj stations in both directions.
The composition of the above trains comprises of AC First Class, AC 2-Tier, AC 3-Tier, Sleeper Class and General Second Class coaches.
