The Sarkhej Police has arrested three persons for the plantation of Ganja (Marijuana or weed or cannabis) in a rented flat using the hydroponics method. the arrested accused has been identified as Ravi Musarka, Viren Modi, Ratika Prasad.
Police busted this cultivation of Ganja from a rented flat in the Orchid Legacy building. A flat was hired for a monthly rent of Rs. 35,000. Police have seized as many as 200 planters along with water tanks, RO plants, oxygen cylinders, AC, fans, and other items.
The main accused in this case is from Ranchi. Prima facie it is understood that Ganja plants would grow as tall as 6 ft in just two months using this method.
