Three Nigerian students of the Parul University of Vadodara have been held as police seized indian-made foreign liquor bottles worth Rs 27,000 from them.
During night patrolling from the Mograwadi area to Dharampur Chokdi in Valsad town, police personnel stopped a car at National Highway-48 in Valsad, On checking the car, 88 IMFL bottles worth Rs 27,200 hidden in a travel bag were found.
When they were caught, they did not behave properly and argued with police after liquor was found in their car. police teams explained to them about liquor being prohibited in Gujarat and later they understood.
