The recruitment process to fill 2,600 teaching assistant in primary schools has been launched by the primary education department. the first phase of appointments 300 candidates selected as assistants on Thursday, 160 candidates were marked absent.
In mathematics and science, out of 354 candidates, 226 were appointed. Similarly, in Gujarati, out of 52 candidates, 38 emerged successful in securing appointments. in Hindi, 54 out of 36 candidates were appointed to the teaching assistant positions.
The recruitment process considered a total of 460 candidates, comprising both TATs (Teacher Aptitude Test) and merit candidates, as assessed by the Committee on Primary Education.
