The couple had gone to perform Guru Purnima Punam and while returning home, the couple met with an accident. The incident took place when a truck driver hit a man and a woman riding a bike. The deceased is known to be a resident of Big Bhoyan-Kalol.
The deceased identified as
Dalaji Thakor (age 66) of Moti Bhoyan and Manguben (age 66) of Hajipur. The traffic-police and Odhav police rushed after the accident. the driver who caused the accident ran away from the spot.
