The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) Regional Office Ahmedabad has organized the first Bharat Gaurav Travel Train Divya Dakshin Darshan Yatra in the state of Gujarat under the initiative of the Government of India “Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat Aur Dekho Apna Desh” and in collaboration with the Ministry of Railways.
“Divya Dakshin Darshan” tourist train journey by Bharat Gaurav Train will depart from Sabarmati station on 23 June 2023 and return to Sabarmati on 30 June 2023. This journey will be 08 days. To travel this journey passengers have to pay Rs. 27,500 and for Sleeper Class Non-AC in Economy Class Rs.15,900 will be spent.
Passengers joining this train will be able to board from Sabarmati, Nadiad, Anand, Vadodara, Surat, Vapi, Kalyan, Pune and Solapur stations and will have the benefit of visiting Tirupati, Rameswaram, Madurai and Kanyakumari on this journey.
On the first day of this journey, after arrival at Renigunta station, visit Tirupati Balaji Temple and overnight stay. Then next day will proceed to Padmavati temple by bus. On the third day the pilgrims will reach Rameswaram railway station and visit the Jyotirlinga temple. After this the pilgrims will go to Madurai to visit the Meenakshi temple. Finally, passengers will reach Kanyakumari by bus after arrival at Nagercoil station and visit Vivekananda Rock Memorial, Kanyakumari. Sunset and Sunrise Point, Gandhi Mandpam and Kanyakumari Beach by themselves (at own expense).
