The International Antarctica Expedition in 2016 selected this Pune resident, an Environmental Ambassador for India, from among 6000 applicants from around the world. For her sincere efforts and contributions to the environment in 2019, the young, passionate environmentalist received the Karmaveer Chakra Award.
