The kids learn everything at an early age, including life skills like mindfulness and meditation. These abilities can help children handle any situation better. I’m Happiness and Toy Joy Tales is hosting a five-day workshop on mindfulness from May 29 to June 2 at Ambica House near Star Bazaar opposite Sundervan, Satellite, Ahmedabad.
Toy Joy Tales is a wholesome hub for kids to learn while playing, and I’m Happiness is a social community working to raise awareness of mental health and cognitive fitness. Together, these two organisations created this workshop for kids so that they would have fun as well as learn new skills that they could use in everyday life.
Being that it is a mindfulness camp, this is not just a typical summer camp. Activities are therefore distinctive and taught by experts. The activity includes Yoga and Breathing by the Yoga Teacher Girjesh Sharma, Gita Chanting by Auther Prasun Kundu and Sandhya Kundu, Story Telling by Dr. Prachi Desai, Mindfull Crafting by Yatri Soni, Mindfull Eating by Chef Ayushi Shah, Journaling Vision Boards by Mohit Jagwani, Spiritual Lessons and Chanting by Sucheta Jani and Mansi Shah.
Avantika Rajpurohit, Entrepreneur in residence I’m Happiness told to The Live Ahmedabad, “This is the one of a kind workshop happening first time in the country which focuses on building sanskar and nourishing minds of little kids with spiritual roots in this fast moving world. I request parents to bring your kids to this Mindfulness workshop. ”
