In the Hindenburg case, the Supreme Court appointed committee has given a clean chit to the Adani group, and the prima facie committee has not found any evidence against the Adani group.
Interestingly, the report also revealed that Sebi was fully aware of the change in the share price of Adani Group. The report of the committee appointed to probe the Hindenburg case has come out, clearly stating that the Adani Group did not manipulate the share prices in any way.
According to the committee’s report, there was no evidence of illegal investment in Adani group companies, and no violation of investment norms by them.
