On May 13 and 14, at the academy, the Shayona Night tournament was held for the first time in Gujarat with the help of the Gujarat State Rifle Association of single trap (shotgun-shooting sports).
A total of 26 players from the state took part in the competition, playing three matches of 25 clay birds each over the course of two days to determine the final score out of a possible 75.
The competition included handicap scoring to help young players and women compete against more seasoned competitors.
