As part of the campaign, the hospital is teaching first aid to 100 local rickshaw pullers so that anyone hurt in an accident can receive immediate medical attention. The hospital also offers CPR and basic life support training to the rickshaw pullers. According to the hospital, a patient’s chance of survival increases by 40% if CPR is administered right away in an emergency.

It is important to note that there have been a lot of recent cases of heart attacks occurring while playing cricket, working out in the gym, or dancing.
