Teachers and students claim CBSE Class 10th English Exam as an ‘Easy and Balanced paper

English paper analysis for CBSE Class 10th: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) held the class 10 English exam today. According to the students, the paper was simple and could be completed in the allotted time.

According to Shreya Chaudhary, a DPS School student, all sections of the paper were from the syllabus, and the questions were simple and direct. “The pattern of the question paper was the same as the sample paper released by the Board. “The reading comprehension and literature questions were straightforward,” she explained.

Meanwhile, teachers agreed that the exam had an easy difficulty level and that the exam pattern encouraged value-based learning while discouraging rote learning.

According to Jyoti Tiwari, TGT English at Seth Anandram Jaipuria School in Lucknow, the class 10 English exam has left students smiling. “The unseen passages in Section A were easier than the pre-boards and the students were able to answer them with ease. All of the reading section questions were a good mix of textual knowledge and creative thinking. “The questions in the literature section were interesting and direct, and students were able to answer them well because of their thorough knowledge of the text,” Tiwari said.

According to Snigdha Baruah, Senior Teacher-English at Modern English School, Kahilipara, Guwahati, the pattern of the question paper was the same as the sample paper released by the Board, which assisted students in completing the exam within the time allotted with enough time for revision.

“The grammar section was created to test fundamental grammatical knowledge in a simplified manner. The questions in the literature section were simple, but they required in-depth reading of the chapters. The questions required analysis, reasoning, and critical thinking skills. “The paper was well-designed for all types of students,” Baruah added.
