According to sources, the incident happened on Friday, February 3, and a case was filed under the SC-ST (Prevention of Atrocities Act) at the Nadiad Town Police Station. Dhangar claims that Samarth became irate with both him and the bank after being contacted repeatedly to provide a copy of his home insurance policy.
Due to the fact that the customer’s house was not mortgaged with the bank, the customer was required to submit his house insurance policy. However, it was discovered during an audit that the customer had not done so.
