On Friday, a Lokdarbar with the theme “May We Help You” was held at Ahmedabad City Police Headquarters in Shahibaug with the support of City Police, Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC), and other banks.
According to Minister of State for Home Harsh Sanghavi, immediate action is being taken against usurers in Ahmedabad and throughout the state. Throughout this incident, the minister noticed a number of clusters that have evolved into the city’s zone vices.
The victim receives justice, according to Minister Sanghavi, because after the complainant’s complaint is heard, the accused is brought to justice. Poor people frequently find themselves mired in the moneylenders’ maze of high interest fees. This kind of usury has an impact on the victim’s entire family.
In such a situation, the victim’s social standing also declines. He praised the Ahmedabad Police and mentioned that they were guarding the less fortunate from the events surrounding the Lok Darbar.
This action is being taken not just in Ahmedabad but throughout the entire state. The Gujarat Police officers, staff, and jawans received praise from the general public, the elderly, and many parents, according to the Minister of State for Home, who noted that numerous clusters had emerged during this Lok Darbar.
Throughout this, senior police officials and Ahmedabad City Police Commissioner Sanjay Srivastava were present.
