If you are a cricket fan who has long wanted to see an international cricket event live in Ahmedabad, consider yourself in luck. BCCI recently released the schedule for India’s home series, which includes two matches in Ahmedabad. The series will begin on January 3, 2023, and will include matches in the T20I, ODI, and Test formats.
Matches to be organized in Ahmedabad
India’s home series will include 19 games against Sri Lanka, New Zealand, and Australia. Two of these matches will be held in Ahmedabad. The first match in the city will be the third Twenty20 International of the New Zealand Tour of India series, and will see India against New Zealand on February 1.
Following that, the city will host another important game, 4th Test match between India and Australia, which will take place between March 9 and 13. This match of the Australia Tour of India series will also count toward the ongoing ICC World Test Championship, which will determine the tournament’s finalist.
