Ahmedabad Surprise: No Honking Please! After being stopped from blowing the horn, three people assault the Beat Cafe owner with sticks

In a shocking incident in Gujarat’s Ahmedabad, three men allegedly thrashed and beaten a man over a honking row.

According to reports, a 19-year-old Prantij resident filed a police report after three men attacked him with sticks after he objected to unnecessary honking.

The victim, identified as Mihir Kansara, filed a complaint alleging that three men, Smith Patel, Divrajsinh Vaghela, and Bhargav Prajapati, thrashed him after he objected to continuous honking. Kansara approached the police and filed a complaint against the three accused, which brought the alleged incident to light.

According to a report in the , the alleged incident took place on Sunday when one of the accused identified as Smith Patel was honking continuously near his cafe, which is located close to Gandhinagar Infocity. Kansara told cops that he requested Patel to not honk unnecessary.

Patel, who was also a regular at Kansara’s cafe, left soon after, but returned with two friends on Sunday. The trio brandished sticks and began abusing Kansara. They even thrashed the cafe owner with the sticks in front of a crowd. Later, the trio fled the scene.

Kansara was rushed to Gandhinagar Civil Hospital shortly after the incident, where he was treated for his injuries. Kansara filed a police report against the three accused after being released from the hospital.
