Income Tax Department raided the Jalna offices of two business groups that deal in steel, clothing, and real estate.
The raids were launched last week on the business entity based in Jalna district of the state after they received actionable inputs of alleged tax evasion against it.
The raids were conducted during August 1-8.
Around Rs 100 crore of Benami property was seized including Rs 56 crore in cash, 32 kilogram gold, pearls-diamonds and property papers.
A senior official said Rs 56 crore in cash and jewellery worth Rs 14 crore had been seized till now.
