Ahmedabad on Monday recorded 40 degrees Celsius of maximum temperature
Meanwhile, Rajkot registered a maximum temperature of 39.4 degrees Celsius, Dessa recorded 38.6 degrees C, Both Vadodara and Bhuj recorded 36.8 degrees Celsius while Surat registered a maximum temperature of 33.4 degrees Celsius.
Ahmedabad recorded the highest maximum temperature in the region.
As per the prediction by the India Meteorological Department (IMD), No large change in maximum temperatures during next 4-5 days very likely over the region.
As per the IMD’s forecast, Dry weather very likely in all the districts of Gujarat region, Saurashtra-Kutch and in Diu, Daman & Dadra Nagar Haveli.
So far, no heat wave or thunderstorm warnings have been issued for Gujarat.
