Ahmedabad registered a drop in maximum temperature on Tuesday recording 40 degrees Celsius.
Apart from Ahmedabad, Deesa registered a maximum temperature of 38.4 degrees Celsius, Vadodara recorded 36 degrees Celsius, and Bhuj registered a maximum temperature of 35.2 degrees Celsius, Rajkot recorded 33.4 degrees C while Surat registered a maximum temperature of 32.4 degrees Celsius.
As per the prediction by the India Meteorological Department (IMD), No large change in maximum temperatures during the next 4-5 days.
As per the IMD’s forecast, Dry weather is very likely in all the districts of the Gujarat region, Saurashtra-Kutch and in Diu, Daman & Dadra Nagar Haveli.
No heatwave warnings issued for Gujarat so far.
