Ahmedabad registered a drop in maximum temperature on Monday recording 40.2 degrees Celsius.
Apart from Ahmedabad, Rajkot registered a maximum temperature of 38.4 degrees Celsius, vadodara recorded 37.8 degrees Celsius while Surat and Bhuj registered a maximum temperature of 36 degrees Celsius, Deesa recorded 35.6 degrees C.
As per the prediction by the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the weather is likely to remain dry with little humidity and no rainfall for the next few days.
As per the IMD’s forecast, Dry weather very likely in all the districts of Gujarat region, Saurashtra-Kutch and in Diu, Daman & Dadra Nagar Haveli.
No heat wave warnings issued for Gujarat so far.
