Indian street food vendors have mastered the art of combining various cuisines. And Maggi noodle is frequently at the centre of these experiments.
The latest Maggi video to hit the internet, after Maggi kheer, Maggi laddu, and Rooh Afza Maggi, is of an Ahmedabad vendor cooking Maggi bhajiyas
While Rooh Afza Maggi and Maggi kheer and laddu were rejected by the viewer, Maggi bhajiyas appeared to be a hit.
The video shows the vendor first making a bhajiya mixture with boiled Maggie, chopped onions, capsicums, cauliflower, green chilies and some besan, then shaping the mixture into balls and deep-frying them to be served with two types of sauces and more grated cheese on top.
One video is being shared widely on Twitter, with users posting hilarious comments.
Posting the video, Twitter user Mohammed Futurewala commented: “Maggi must be like meri shaktiyon ka galat istemal ho raha hai.”
Reactions poured in as the post was retweeted by many.
“I can’t unsee this,” posted one user, while another called it innovative.
“…bahut swaad lag raha hai,” posted one person, while yet another user said “This looks good, but that extra cheese at last was not needed..”
