This is how Dr Kinari Patel killed brother and his child

A Gujarat court sentenced Dr. Kinari Patel to life in prison for poisoning his brother and 14-month-old daughter while hearing a case on Monday. The tragedy occurred in Gujarat’s Patan city over property issues.

Kinari Patel is the daughter of an industrialist and a dentist by profession. She used a tablet containing ‘datura’ seeds (thorn apples or jimsonweeds) and cyanide powder in May 2019 for the murder of her 32-year-old brother and their 14-month-old baby child, causing him mental and physical harm.

On his way to his hometown on May 5, 2019, he gave liver a drink laced with datura seed extract, and when he fell ill, he stuffed cyanide powder into his mouth. I had to force a bullet.

When he tried to get his car keys so he could get to the doctor immediately, he purposefully hid them, which resulted in his death. He later dumped the vehicle’s keys..

“Her sister-in-law was the same age as she was and she was also a dentist. She was jealous of her sister-in-law, which prompted her to take revenge in this way. Her greed for her father’s wealth also played a role in this. played a role in the killings,” said public prosecutor MD Pandya.

Police later recovered his laptop and mobile, and PC’s legal evaluation revealed that he had discovered ways to set up a poisonous drink using datura seeds.

He had also approached jewelers in Ahmedabad to get cyanide powder on the pretext of making tooth caps.
