Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav mentioned on Wednesday that work on the Mumbai-Ahmedabad bullet train project is underway, with 99.7% of land acquired in Gujarat, more than 750 pillars built, and Narmada and Tapi river bridges being built.
He stated that over 750 pillars have been built and that bridges are being built across the Narmada and Tapi rivers.
The Railway Minister mentioned that work is being done to make the stations in the country world-class, and that the Rani Kamalapati stations in Gandhinagar and Bhopal have been prepared on an experimental basis as part of this.
He also stated that a large number of railway stations could be built based on the company’s expertise and needs.
