Large drug hauls have been seized on a regular basis in Gujarat for several months, indicating that the issue isn’t going away. In a similar vein, the Narcotics Control Bureau seized two people in a car with 62 kg of ganja near Ahmedabad’s CTM region.
Based on the information, the NCB took action and arrested two people, Virendrasinh Darbar and Rajiv Yadav. In the last two and a half months, the NCB has seized 56 kg of drugs. While three people were apprehended on November 9 with 41 kg of drugs, a Vadodara youth was apprehended on November 14 with 3 kg of charas. Two more people were apprehended in Gandhinagar with 5 kg of charas, and on December 8, a man in Ahmedabad was apprehended with 8 kg of charas.
