The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has made a significant announcement regarding student registration for classes IX and X for the academic year 2021-22. Registration for the same will begin on December 15, according to the central board’s notification.
The CBSE website will have a registration link, and associated schools will be able to register their kids for grades IXth and Xth online using the portal, according to the Board. Only students whose names are submitted through the online registration process will be eligible to sit for the class X and XII board exams in 2022-23, according to the CBSE Board.
According to CBSE, affiliated schools must first register before proceeding with online submission. In an official statement, the CBSE Board stated, “Schools must use the affiliation number as user ID, which is already available to them.”
In the event that the school code and password are not received, the newly linked schools must contact the relevant regional office for assistance.
“New schools must first fill out the OASIS portal with information. The information on OASIS should be carefully filled out. After then, no school will be allowed to adjust the declared section/student strength “According to a CBSE statement.
The board also recommended schools to submit accurate data because there will be no correction window accessible this year. The CBSE’s official website has detailed instructions for the application procedure.
