On Monday, a car fell into a well in Gujarat’s Morbi district, killing four people, two of whom were ladies and two more were minors.
According to authorities, the event occurred when the driver of the hired vehicle fell asleep while driving.
The driver lost control of the vehicle and skidded into an open well alongside the road. A case has been filed against the driver, who has been identified as Ratibhai Prajapati.
Prajapati’s wife(60), daughter-in-law (43), and two grandsons, ages 16 and seven, were among those killed. The family had gone to Somnath for a holiday and was on their way back home when the incident occurred, according to the police.
