Ahmedabad: CNG prices in Ahmedabad were raised by Rs 1.5 per kg once again and now stand at Rs 62.99 per kg.
The price was hiked by Adani Total Gas Limited (ATGL).
After the central government increased the price of domestically produced gas by 62 per cent from October, CNG prices have been hiked several times.
ATGL has been revising its prices at regular intervals and has increased CNG prices in Ahmedabad by Rs 7.69 per kg or by 14 per cent since August.
At the beginning of August, the price stood at Rs 55.30 per kg.
After keeping the prices stable for more than one and a half years, the state-run Gujarat Gas Limited (GGL) also hiked its CNG price by 8.33 per kg or by 16 per cent since August.
