In another mandate, all the sub-registrar center workplaces remembering the ones for Ahmedabad have been approved to amend botches in the list of property deal deeds. Till now, the expert for rectification was vested with the Inspector of Registration.
The decision was declared during a video conference of the multitude of sub-registrar of Ahmedabad and other places. A letter in this association was likewise given to the sub-registrar by the Inspector of Registration.
The sale deeds will have to be checked against the checklist and errors rectified at the earliest. In case an error is detected post locking of the index, then the clerk or the operator will be held responsible.
In another important development, registration of sale deeds will not be withheld in the name of verification of power of attorney (PoA). The PoA will be verified using a software to prevent delays in registration of sale deeds involving PoA.
