A 38-year-old lawyer from Gujarat’s Chanakyapuri recorded a police grievance against an acted man like an individual from the basic liberties commission and conned him of Rs 1.3 lakh. The denunciation has been distinguished as Ramakant Sahu. According to the objection recorded by the legal advisor, Sahu vowed to give him credits under ‘Executive Swarojgar Yojana’.
As per the complaint, battering with financial crunch amid the Covid-19 pandemic, he decided to take loans and inquired at various places. The complainant (Ketan Varadiya) came in contact with Ramakant Sahoo.
The accused told him that he was employed by one ‘Krishna Solution’ and was working on the Prime Minister Swarojgar Yojana. According to the report, Sahoo said he was helping people get loans and without knowing his bad intentions, Ketan paid Rs 55,000 as the ‘proposer amount’ to get a loan of amount worth Rs 15 lakh.
On July 26, the accused called Ketan and enquired if someone else from the family wanted a loan. The complainant applied for a loan for his father as well.
