The story of a young street food vendor from Ahmedabad has surfaced on the internet through a short clip and it has made the internet rather emotional.
The video of the 14-year-old boy, who sells Dahi Kachori at his roadside stall, was posted to Instagram by food blogger Doyash Pathrabe. In the short clip shared by Doyash, the little boy was seen preparing Dahi Kachori at his stall opposite Maninagar Railway station. As he shared his story with the food blogger, the boy had tears in his eyes. Owing to financial constraints, the boy is currently running a Dahi Kachori stall to help his family. Doyash, in the caption of his post, requested social media users to help him.
“Do help him. He is just 14 years old and selling Dahi Kachori only at Rs 10. Opposite Maninagar Railway station, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. So so proud. Need this to be shared and help him. He is just 14 and is helping his family and working hard on it, the caption of the post reads.
As the video went viral, social media users applauded the young boy and said, “More power to him. Sharing this to everyone.”
