Vadodara: The Vadodara Municipal Corporation is currently administering corona vaccine at more than 90 centers in the city. So far 182449 doses have been given. Most people between the ages of 18 and 44 have been given 672225 first dose and 162625 second dose. Then people in the age group of 45 to 60 years have been vaccinated with 284480 first dose and 160468 second dose. A person above 60 years of age has been vaccinated with 210723 first dose and 146192 second dose. The primary target for vaccination in the city was 1571953. About 4500 people were given the first dose yesterday.
Now the government wants to cover the age group of 12 to 18 years in vaccination, which means that this operation will continue. Of the 18.24 lakh doses vaccinated, about 6 lakh have been vaccinated for the second dose while more than 12 lakh have been vaccinated for the first dose.
